Refund policy

This English version is provided for convenience. FishRangeTrainer is published in France: in case of any difference, the French version prevails.

Free trial

Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card needed. Nothing is charged until you choose a subscription yourself.

Refund within 14 days

• First payment of a subscription (monthly or yearly): full refund if you ask within 14 days, no reason needed.
• Yearly renewal: full refund if you ask within 14 days of the renewal.
• Monthly renewal: not refunded. To avoid being charged the next month, just cancel before the renewal date.

After a refund, the subscription stops and your account becomes read-only: your ranges stay viewable and exportable.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the “My account” page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep access until then, and no new payment is taken.

Making a request

Email us at fishrangetrainer@gmail.com with your account's email address, or contact Paddle directly from the receipt email sent after your payment. Payments are collected by our reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle): it issues the refund, to the payment method used, under its buyer terms.

These rules add to your consumer rights and do not reduce them (see the terms).
