Terms of use and sale

This English version is provided for convenience. FishRangeTrainer is published in France: in case of any difference, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of FishRangeTrainer, an app for learning poker ranges, and the purchase of its subscription. The service is published by Jérémy Bec, sole trader (SIREN 132 152 810), 25 rue de Cuques, 13100 Aix-en-Provence, France.

2. Nature of the service

FishRangeTrainer is an educational tool. It does not allow you to play for money. The example ranges are simplified and are not advice guaranteeing winnings. The service is intended for adults.

3. Account

Access to the app requires an account, created with a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for access to your mailbox, which is used to reset it.

4. Free trial

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with access to all features, without any payment method. Only one trial is granted per person. You can subscribe during the trial: the subscription then starts upon payment.

5. Subscription and payment

After the trial, access to reviews and to editing ranges requires a paid subscription, according to the plans and prices shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are in euros, all taxes included. The subscription renews automatically at each term unless cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. It collects payment, issues invoices (sent by email) and handles payment questions and refunds, under its buyer terms, which you accept when paying.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the “My account” page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Without an active subscription, your account becomes read-only: your data stays viewable and exportable.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. In practice, the first payment of a subscription is refunded in full if requested within 14 days, with no reason needed: see the refund policy. To make a request, email us at the address below or contact Paddle from your purchase receipt.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it available and to preserve your data, and we recommend downloading a backup regularly from the Settings.

10. Contact and disputes

For any question or complaint: fishrangetrainer@gmail.com. These terms are governed by French law. Complaints about a payment, an invoice or a refund are handled by Paddle, our reseller; we help you resolve them if needed.
